Artist Bio
Michael Ingalls has toured and played lead guitar in Stevie Ray Vaughan's Double Trouble, Lisa Tingle, Speer, Andrea, Gene Machine
and The Michael Ingalls Band. He also has an acoustic duo called Sound of A.M. His sound can be categorized as bluesy, alternative,
country and rock. He started out playing guitar and writing music in Dallas, Texas at the age of 14. His influences have been every range
of music that moved him. From 80’s and current rock all the way to country and everything in between. He had numerous bands in Dallas
such as Goatman's Bridge and Driftwood to name a few. He also played with local favorites The John Arbour Band and Matt Snow.
Michael decided to move to Austin after playing a show at the Steamboat on Sixth Street. He fell in love with the city at first site.
If you get a chance to meet and know him, you know his personality comes out in his music and his guitar playing. Michael will be
releasing new material soon.
